We pour our heart to them and tell them how much we love them and we do everything we can to try and convince them to stay. We even agree to change things about ourselves. The sad part is that most people think this would make their ex take them back when in reality it does the opposite; it makes them pull away even farther.
Why??
Because it makes you feel desperate and needy which isn't attractive at all.
However , psychological study revealed that the pain of rejection that we feel after a break up actually triggers the same part of our brain that feels physical pain in other words the pain you feel from a break up is not different from that you'll feel if someone slapped you except a pain of a breakup actually hurts a lot more and lingers a lot longer than a slap to the face.
Worst part of it is that emotional pain doesn't just go away on its own . Most people think if they wait it out , time will magically make it better. But does this really help? what am i suppose to be doing during this so called wait period?
Is there any faster way to heal a broken heart after a breakup
Well i know most of you would advice meeting new people, get busy and most importantly i feel one needs to realize that you need to be happy on your own with or without your ex . You need to break the attachment and focus on being happy on your own
Share your thoughts on healing a broken heart too.
The pain lingers for a long time depending on how close you both were to one another and your confidence drops as a result too. Bt a more suitable person that fits you, a new hubby, challenging urself, dating more peole and then.....sex, makes you forget...GBAM!!! Platini
