Oh Yes! This Car can Fly...

Ever been daydreaming and started thinking about what life will be like in the year 3000 when we have flying cars?

Well, wake up! It's a reality in 2015.

Let's take a look at the flying car designed by the folks at AeroMobil.

At first glance, the car doesn't look like anything out of the ordinary. It has a hood, lights and the company's logo on the grill.

It has the blacked out rims common to modified automobiles.

You can even drive it on the road.

It does look slightly abnormal, but hey, all futuristic cars these days look a bit different than what we are used to. 

But then things get weird. Check out that propeller.

This gives a whole new meaning to "dropping the top." Rappers are going to need to invent some new lines for this ride.

At first glance it looks like a regular stick shift... but wait, is that a throttle, an altitude meter and flight navigation?

Can it actually fly? Umm, yes. Yes, it most certainly can. You can forget that morning commute!

As Drake would say, that's "Way Up!"

At the moment, this is just a prototype, but one day you'll be asking your car dealer, "Does this come with standard parachute deployment?"
