 While loneliness may be a fleeting feeling for some people, that same feeling can cause serious damage to others.
To show what it's like to feel lonely, Buzzfeed Yellow created a video that shows what goes through a lonely person's head: seeing no new social media notifications, boredom and nervousness when thinking about putting themselves out there.
