What's your most embarrassing moments ?

We all do stupid things sometimes classified to be embarrassing or maybe not necessarily stupid. Thankfully,we learn from our failures, and embarrassments. They sometimes turn out to be learning experiences for some of us.

It could be as small as calling someone the wrong name, or accidentally walking into the wrong roomful of people. Let's hear it.
