It's important to make sure your "cup" doesn't get too full at once.
Have you ever experienced a
crazy eye twitch? Would you believe that stress and fatigue are responsible
for most episodes of eye twitching and spasms (according to an eye doctor) and that being stressed or upset
can even cause eye pain.
I'm sure some of you will find it hard to believe that stress or anxiety could be responsible for some of your physical symptoms and this is partly due to the fact that a lot of times you
don't even know you are stressed out. Some of us are good at brushing things off or are just so
accustomed to living with stress and pushing past it that we think we are fine
when we actually aren't.
A doctor put it best when they explained that ones high
tolerance for stress is like a big cup under a dripping faucet that's slowly
filling up the cup until there's no room left for the water and it all comes
flooding out. Now you know when your “cup” is full and try to do something before
it runneth over.
You'll agree with me that most of the episodes you experience are results of some
things going on right now that you didn’t think should mess with your “cup.” a slowdown at work, pimples or sudden acne , and a hair dying mishap. These things aren’t really a huge deal, but
put ‘em all together and voila, le eye twitch or some other physical symptoms.
Does stress
or emotional upset cause you any strange physical symptoms? Feel free to share
