Happiness

demialabi's blog

My happiness is different from yours, and yours is different from mine. We each have our own definition of what makes us happy. The end result is the same: happiness and fulfillment with our life, career, business. But what leads to it is very unique to you. Anyone can do anything — intentionally or unintentionally — that negatively impacts us, and we cannot control what other people do or say.  Even the nicest people can hurt us.  Sometimes, people that cause us pain don’t have control over a situation that hurts us.

Even though we don’t have control over many situations and what other people do or say, we can still take control of our own happiness.
If you were asked what it is that you want in life, Happiness will come up in your Top 6, if not your Top 2 sef. I believe Happiness is everything, and it is directly linked to achieving what you want:
You want to be happy.
I want to be happy.
We all want happiness.

At the end of our day, our week, our month, our quarter, our year, our life, when we think back, we measure the value of our time against the level of our happiness.Happy people accomplish more or probably the best way to be more productive is to just be happier.

Anyways I came across an article about some science-based ways  to be happier and i felt i should share some of them
Easier said than done though, right?
